What to expect from the process

• An informal phone call with a member of the team to talk through experience and what you're after.
• A site or office visit so you can see how we operate - and ask anything we haven't covered.
• A formal offer including grade, pay, holiday and pension.
• A two-week induction with a senior engineer mentor before you're issued your van and tools.
