Our position

Modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chain. This statement sets out the steps VoltSecure® Ltd takes to ensure that.

Our business

VoltSecure provides fire detection, security, CCTV, access control and electrical engineering services to commercial customers in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Our workforce is directly employed and JIB-graded; we do not use unverified labour agencies.

Our supply chain

We buy equipment from a small number of named manufacturer partners and distributors that are themselves subject to UK and EU labour standards. Major suppliers include certified electrical and fire-detection manufacturers and security-system vendors. Goods are delivered through established UK logistics networks.

Steps we take

• Right-to-work checks are completed for every employee at recruitment.
• Suppliers are required to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of onboarding.
• We pay at or above the Real Living Wage and meet pension and welfare obligations in full.
• We are signatories of, or hold accreditation from, schemes that include labour-standard checks (Constructionline, SSIP).

Reporting concerns

Anyone with concerns about working conditions in our business or our supply chain should email admin@voltsecure.co.uk in confidence. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated.
