This project was a huge milestone for the business. The brief was the full electrical design and install for a Department for Work and Pensions office floor - a government-grade fit-out demanding independent certification, full documentation and zero interruption during handover.
We are proud to have delivered every discipline in-house, from initial mains intake and sub-main distribution through to final commissioning of the addressable fire-alarm system and disabled-alarm network.
Public-sector estates held to Cabinet Office frameworks require full independent certification at every stage. NICEIC approval, BAFE SP203-1 certification and Constructionline Silver accreditation were prerequisites for award - every project closes with a documentary trail that insurers and Responsible Persons can rely on.
Delivering this project within schedule and to budget was a milestone for VoltSecure and a benchmark for the work we take on since.
